Price includes up to 15 children, there is a $3 charge for each additional child, A headcount is taken at the party to determine how many children actually attended

It is a personal balloon surprise that makes the birthday child feel celebrated and gives families a fun keepsake moment for photos.
Standing around 18 to 20 inches tall, the Lootle is included with both The Short Party and The Regular Party packages.
